Bookings

Bookings are processed after deposit or full payment.

Events will only happen if one of the previous payment options have been accomplished before the event.

It can happen that the boat has received a booking from another platform at the same time as yours. When this happens you are asked if you would like to reschedule to another hour, or receive 100% refund.

Cancellations

Events can be cancelled if an email is sent for us, at least 30 days before the event, saying that you pretend to cancel the event. Like this you are able to receive 100% refund.

Within the 30 days period for the event you are able to reschedule the event.

Within the 30 days period for the event, it’s not possible to receive refund, only schedule.
